Knighton near Newport
This is our first Military Fayre. Sunday, the 26th of February 2023 in Knighton near Newport, Shropshire.
On the 23rd April 2023 we will be commemorating the 112th anniversary of the first occasion a body of troops was moved on operations by motor transport with a road run from Sevenoaks to Hastings. In March 1909 the AA and the War Office organised the transport of 6oo Guardsmen from London to Hastings, carried in motor cars owned by members of the AA.
Dealers attending this popular and friendly fair have a large selection of militaria for sale including deactivated weapons, badges, medals, books, uniforms, and other items from all eras of history.
Come and join us for a chat and a beverage. Everyone is welcome.
Held in Slip No5 at the historic dockyard and is the only monthly undercover militaria fair in the UK with 36,000 square feet of undercover space allowing for 200-300 stalls. Open for public from 7am to 2pm
Come along to an informal camping weekend at RAF Kenley, Run outs and Airfield walk. Open to all members.
Faversham Town Centre - Bring your Military Vehicle to display in Stone St and entry is free.
