Its
that time of year again to book your places on the annual Frostbite Run, the
ice-breaker first run of the season.
As always, it will involve a military vehicle drive, with a route quiz,
to The Plough PH at Powder Mills, near Hildenborough, Kent (now the venue of
IMPS
Clubnights),
followed by the normally excellent carvery lunch in the barn restaurant. It is a
popular
event and we are fully booked with 140 persons every year, so you need to
reserve your places early.
There
is no opportunity for late
bookings.... be quick or miss out !
The
cost of the carvery main course lunch for 2009 will be £9.95 per adult
but still only £5 per child, which we require as full advance payment to ensure
that the number we reserve turn up on the day.
Drinks, starters, puds, coffee etc.
will also be available and paid for by you on the day. Vegetarian meals are the same price. No ticket no meal

write clearly the NAMES of your party and not just the number of tickets
required.
Complete it carefully.
